This is the third and final installment of the undergraduate level of this 5-course series. This installment finishes the undergraduate foray of The Book of Revelations and prepares the students who wish to continue in the graduate level of this series. This course continues the student from part 2 on the final third of this journey. This course further de-mystifies the imagery and apocalyptic writing of this Book penned by The Apostle John as the amanuensis for Jesus Christ. This course elucidates the patterns and literary forms used to proclaim God's revelation to the world namd makes the text applicable to current settings.
A student successfully completing this course will be prepared to take on the rigor of the 2 graduate levels of this series. The students that do the work will generally feel accomplished to have bested the book of the Bible that is so often avoided by the laity and clergy alike.
